Sigmavision Presenting Seminar & Exhibiting at Automechanika
At this year’s Automechanika Birmingham, Sigmavision will be showcasing the full TreadReader™ product range and presenting in the Automechanika Aftermarket Seminar Programme.
A world Class Industry Event
Automechanika Birmingham is the UK’s leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and supply chain, bringing together over 800 of the very best suppliers, at an event which will be 70% bigger than in 2016. The 2017 show has a new improved layout, grouping exhibitors into supply chain and aftermarket zones to make your visit focused and time efficient.
Automechanika Birmingham makes it possible to network with new and existing suppliers from the UK & abroad and discover launches, prototypes, and new technologies.
The TreadReader™ Product Range on Stand 18B40
Alongside the TreadReader Hand Held scanner and Drive Over ramp, Sigmavision will be presenting the new TreadReader App for use with the Hand Held scanner. For download to a phone or tablet, the App connects easily to the scanner via Wi-Fi. Intuitive screens guide technicians through the scanning of vehicle tyres, with the option of producing a customised, printable PDF report of tyre condition for the customer.
A new specification of the Drive Over ramp, for locations other than a traditional workshop or dealership, will also be presented at the show. These ramps are for deployment in public locations, such as car parks, supermarkets and petrol stations, to provide free and accessible tyre checks to the public. These ramps are at the centre of Sigmavision’s ‘Beyond the Workshop‘ strategy to change the way consumers think about tyre safety and to generate tyre sales revenues for the trade.
Seminar Programme Presentation
In the Automechanika Aftermarket Seminar Programme, presentations will be delivered by both independent authorities as well as leading industry names. Sigmavision MD, Dr Andrew Pryce will be presenting ‘Beyond the workshop: the free tyre-check strategy taking tyre safety to the consumer, and driving tyre sales for the trade’.
