Ideal location for Leading Technology to drive Service Innovation
SpeedMate has more than 700 shops nationwide at accessible locations such as SK petrol stations and E-marts. Keen to embrace innovative technologies to enhance customer service, SpeedMate joined with Cartools to introduce a Tyre Health Checkup initiative at SpeedMate locations.
Most recently, a TreadReader Drive Over ramp was installed at a SpeedMate forecourt location, providing fuel station customers with a free tyre tread depth check. Vehicles drive over the ramp placed at the fuel pumps, and motorists can see the condition of their tyres on the display monitor as they refuel.
This forecourt location follows an earlier campaign run by SK Networks from April to July at another petrol station, where approximately 10,000 customer vehicles passed over the ramp to measure tyre wear and tread depth.
